Belly Dance with Zafirah

Cultural dance classes every Wednesday with Zafirah at Tuolumne County Arts' Dome Studio! Zafirah is currently teaching Belly Dance, but please look forward to Bhangra-Bollywood Workout, Basic Hula, and Fusion classes to be added in the future.

🔹 $15 per class.

🔹 All ages and skill levels, beginners welcome!

🔹 Classes will include a warm-up and cool-down.

🔹 Comfortable, easy-to-move-in workout clothes and bare feet are suggested. Attendees who don't wish to go barefoot can wear ballet/jazz shoes, orthopedic shoes, or grippy socks if needed.

🔶 Belly Dance is one of the oldest and most evolved forms of dance in the world! Stretch and tone your body while you learn this ancient and beautiful art form, increasing your stamina and grace as you learn isolations and techniques older than the sands of time. Movements of Belly Dance will sculpt and firm your body with minimal stress and fatigue to joints—burning calories, building muscle tone, increasing flexibility, strengthening balance, working your core, and stimulating your digestive system in an enjoyable, low-impact aerobic format.

No reservation required, but if it is your first time attending please arrive 10 minutes early to register with Zafirah. Any young children attending must be accompanied by an adult.
